PROFILE
JUDr. Soňa VLHOVÁ (1963)
A graduate of the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava in 1985, Soňa Vlhová began to work at the Bratislava 2 Legal Aid Office as an articled clerk to an attorney/solicitor in 1985. A year later, she passed the Doctoral Viva Voce and acquired the degree of JUDr. She successfully passed the Bar exams in 1992 and since then she has carried out her expert practice. In the same year she also became a member of the Slovak Bar Association.
Profile of the Law Office:
The Law Office focuses on commercial law and civil law, however we provide qualified services in all areas of law except for criminal law and tax counseling. We provide comprehensive legal services to our clients, establish companies and other legal subjects, provide representation in litigation cases, prepare agreements, contracts and materials and carry out analyses of legal issues. We provide services to legal entities and natural persons throughout the Slovak Republic.
At the Law Office, we are able to personally provide our clients with services in Slovak, Czech, English and German and other languages in cooperation with professional interpreters and translators.
The Law Office cooperates with a notary’s office and the bailiff’s office which enables us to provide comprehensive legal services.
The Law Office also has extensive experience in providing advice to organizations receiving contributions from the State Budget and institutions fully funded from the State Budget.
